Background / General description:
Reporting : jointly to the Client Services HR Officers assigned to the South Asia Region of the IFC and under the overall supervision of the Regional Head of HR for Asia Pacific region.

Duties and Accountabilities:
• Act as a contact point for the team and handle queries or requests, researching solutions and independently sharing the relevant information with parties concerned while working closely with HRAMs;

• Executes HR policies, practices, processes with accuracy and operational excellence

• Applies broad HR policy/procedure knowledge and knowledge of the business to meet client need

• Facilitates HR strategy development and implementation for client groups

• Maintains high productivity and quality

• Partners with clients to address HR challenges and propose solutions

Proactively work with relevant parties to resolve complex transaction blockages, ensuring timely resolution and due process. Resolve problems and recommend improvements to team such as streamlining of processes to ensure smooth work flow;

• Ensures that due HR Policies and Procedures are followed for processing actions relating to appointment, confirmations, extensions, promotions and terminations.

• Retrieve standard reports from HR Query; Cognos; SBD; PEP systems, customizing and analyzing as needed to meet team and client needs;

• Track recruitment process for vacancies, and bring issues to the attention of the HR Team. Posts positions, updates My Job World status, follow up with HR Service Center to ensure closure at appropriate time. Participates in short listing committees and interview panels as appropriate. Do first level salary regressions;

•Conduct salary analysis and recommendation for but not limited to, promotion and confirmation increases for the HRAMs as needed;

•Administer the full range of Country Office benefits for staff relocating to the Country Office. This includes verifying and validating staff entitlements.

• Responsible for International recruitments - preparation of LOI, LOA and Extended Assignment benefits, Processing shipments for relocation and resettlements, medical clearances, preparation of memo on information/Benefits on ending employment and processing all international benefits for the region.



• Be responsible for electronic filing of key records, information and documentation;

• Act as team PEP, Talent Review and SRI coordinator, handling highly confidential and sensitive information in absolutely confidential manner. Provide various analysis to client managers. Manage logistics and monitor performance in areas such as management reviews, SRI and PEP check-ins;

• Assist in case management through research into policies, retrieving historical data, conducting searches on precedents and practices to promote due diligence in case management;

Selection Criteria:
• Proficient in both written and oral English language skills

• Excellent computer skills (Work, Powerpoint, Excel, Advanced Excel etc)

• Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines
