Training Support Specialist
DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Training Support Specialist will assist with CEU applications, registration, and data reporting for education and training programs. Responsibilities include:
- Develop continuing education applications for a variety of disciplines;
- Maintain all records for continuing education credits;
- Create and send certificates to training participants;
- Develop email campaigns and other outreach and marketing strategies to promote education and training events;
- Assist with training logistics, scheduling and registration;
- Assist with evaluation and data reporting;
- Provide data support, including data analysis, interpretation and reports; and
- Other duties assigned by the Program Director or Assistant Director.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates or Bachelors degree. Two-three years of experience working in an office setting. Highly organized, excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel & Access), strong writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a diverse and team-oriented environment.
