High Level Administrator CEER

Job profile:

The Administrator is responsible for providing operational, logistical and policy support to the working groups and the CEER Secretariat.

Duties will include:

  • Information monitoring, analysis and reporting on energy issues, in particular following EU developments and advising on relevance for regulators;
  • Providing operational support to working groups including tracking deliverables, minuting meetings, managing public consultations and coordinating meetings and activities;
  • Contributing to horizontal tasks within a small and dynamic Secretariat;
  • Administering, on a daily basis, the website.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years work experience in the energy sector;
  • Good knowledge of and professional experience with the EU Institutions very advantageous;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written);
  • Flexible, pro-active attitude with strong organisational skills and an eagerness to learn on the job;
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft applications generally.
