Quality Improvement Advisor (Temporary) - Seattle Headquarters
The Quality Improvement (QI) Advisor will work to improve the quality of I-TECH programs as well as administration and management practices at HQ and in field offices. Under the supervision of the Tanzania Team Lead and guidance from Senior QI advisors, the QI Advisor works with the in-country QI team and program managers, as well as the headquarters team,to assure M&E integration in all areas of technical assistance, offers technical assistance to further develop QI systems for training and service delivery across all activity areas and collect appropriate information on PEPFAR funded activities. Technical Officer: Program Management - Seattle Office
I-TECH has an outstanding opportunity for a Technical Officer: Program Management. The Global Health Technical Officer plays a central role in developing and implementing strategies to build capacity of local stakeholders in countries where I-TECH works. Through the GHTO’s mentorship, country-office counterparts will independently manage global health programs aimed at strengthening the skills of health care professionals in low-resource settings. Technical Officers provide regular project management, M&E, and knowledge-sharing services for their assigned country team(s). In addition, each Technical Officer is accountable for specific deliverables within a designated area of specialization. Program Assistant - South Africa
The Program Assistant will be based in the North West (NW) provincial office as part of a team supporting prevention, care and support activities through a prevention grant funded through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Nurse Mentor - South Africa
The Nurse Mentor will assist with the implementation of I-TECH's HIV/AIDS prevention activities in North West province. S/he will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the responsibility of strengthening the established Wellness Days in the respective district. The Nurse Mentor will liaise closely with the District Department of Health to strengthen the HIV/AIDS prevention program, community support mechanisms, referral system and health systems strengthening. S/he will coordinate and provide day to day activities of the project in a designated area. The Nurse Mentor will assist the District Health Management team to build capacity through training and mentoring of health care workers. S/he will integrate the services of the Wellness Day activities, HIV post‐test clubs and referral network/system to the health care facilities. The Nurse mentor will coordinate effective program implementation of I-TECH's HIV and AIDS Prevention Project according to the annual project document and logical framework, in close collaboration with the provincial department of health. Research and Publications Manager - Seattle

Nurse Advisor Consultant, Haiti
I-TECH is seeking a Consultant to provide technical assistance to this project, working closely with I-TECH Haiti staff (based in Port-au-Prince) on the following activities: • Participate in the analysis of findings from the needs assessment of nursing schools. Make recommendations for curricular and/or teaching improvements based on the findings, and suggestions for collection of additional data. • Collaborate with I-TECH Haiti staff to regularly update an existing workplan and timeline for the revision of the nursing scope of work (competencies), curriculum design and development, implementation (piloting) and evaluation of the pilot. • Participate (in person or via distance) in stakeholder meetings. • Provide necessary technical assistance to implement the workplan, including serving as content expert in the curriculum development, trainer/mentor of faculty, and identifying necessary resources to support the curriculum upgrade. • Provide input into monitoring and evaluation planning and activities. The I-TECH Grants Administrator leverages detailed knowledge of University regulations governing grants and familiarity with requirements of funding sponsors to review, filter, and guide grant and contract applications and awards.
