Regional Membership Manager ,Institute of International Finance
The Institute of International Finance is the world’s largest global association of financial institutions with over 450 members in more than 70 countries. We provide economic analysis to our members, act as a vehicle for exchanging views on global supervisory and regulatory issues, and serve as a forum for engaging the private financial community in discussions with the public sector on global financial policy issues.
The Institute currently seeks a regional membership manager to oversee member relations in Asia and Europe. The responsibilities for this position will include: undertaking market research to identify key targets; assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans to attract key targets; assisting other IIF staff with marketing efforts by providing information before staff travel or key meetings; tracking membership solicitations and providing follow-up to marketing efforts; identifying and implementing ways to monitor member use of IIF products and participation in IIF activities; developing and implementing strategies to measure member satisfaction with IIF products and services, to encourage membership interaction, and to increase member retention; managing various types of membership outreach events; assisting in general membership administration activities such as database maintenance, contact report preparation, other membership reporting. Position reports to Director of Global Member Relations.
Successful candidate will have at least five years experience in the financial services industry at a professional level. (In certain circumstances, a similar length of related experience in a multilateral organization or membership-based organization will also be considered.) Candidates must have a strong command of the English language and exceptional English writing skills. A college/ university degree in international affairs, international economics, or finance is also required. Strong computer and quantitative skills are also required.
