Duties
The Director, Ministerial and Parliamentary Services leads a small, high profile team providing high quality advice and key services to the Agency and the offices of the Minister and the Parliamentary Secretary. The position requires a self-motivated person with a client service orientation; ability to manage a large number of tasks to tight timeframes and develop and improve management and reporting tools; and strong communication and relationship management skills. Parliamentary, Ministerial and reporting experience is desirable. The successful candidate must be able to work out of hours as needed and be on call 24 hours.
Eligibility / Other Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a communications-related discipline and demonstrated experience in a similar work environment are essential. Candidates must be Australian citizens. This is a security assessed role and you will be required to either have, or be able to obtain, a security clearance at Negative Vetting 1 level.
