Digital Contact Centre Manager - Sky | United Kingdom


As Manager in our digital contact centre, you’ll play a pivotal operational role in Now TV’s set up and ongoing success.  You’ll take responsibility for several teams of Customer Engagement Specialists – creating a culture where they can innovate, share best practice and ultimately deliver the best digital experience for our customers across all non-voice channels.  You’ll lead, engage and motivate your teams making Now TV a great place to work.
You’ll have overall responsibility for the various digital channels ensuring your teams us them appropriately; engaging  with our customers in a simple, proactive and enthusiastic manner using live chat, communities and social media as well as email.  You will also support the creating of transfer of knowledge across the Customer Engagement teams, contributing to the creation of our processes and development of each channel.
Inspirational, Driven and Customer Centric – you’ll have extensive experience in a similar leadership role in a digital customer facing sales or service environment clearly demonstrating non-telephone sales or service.  You’ll have a genuine interest in new technology and the adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.  An experienced leader of people – you’ll have significant experience creating a customer centric culture where continuous improvement is part of your teams daily activities.
Shift: Flexible including both weekends and evenings
