Finance Officer INTERREG IVB NWE

The NWE Programme is currently looking for a Finance Officer. This is a challenging opportunity to :

• Join an international team working in the field of territorial and regional development
• Use your excellent analytical skills

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in any field of relevance to the above tasks (accountancy, finance, business studies, etc.)
• Knowledge of EU law, institutions and policies, in particular the European Structural Funds financial regulations, State aid and the de minimis Regulations
• Some experience in EU-funded projects or programmes
• A high level of proficiency and fluency in English and at least one of another NWE programme languages (French, Dutch, German); to balance the current team, preference is expressed for candidates with strong German and/or Dutch skills
• Good communication and drafting skills
• Excellent computer literacy (including MS Excel)
