Duties: As Provost and Vice President, Academic, you will lead the University's academic operations and build on Mount Royal's strengths, with a dedication to teaching, research, and service that will inspire your Deans, faculty members, staff, and students. As a member of the Senior Executive Team, you will bring the vision and imagination to respond to challenges to higher education in the 21st century, including the changing impact of technology on teaching and learning. Your strategic insights on program development and academic governance, as well as your ability to facilitate a creative approach to cultivating partnerships, will contribute to the increasing demand for an innovative, nimble university that places primary importance on student experience and success.

Qualifications: An accomplished teacher and researcher, with an earned doctorate and a record of excellence in academic and administrative leadership, you are able to cultivate and sustain high-functioning relationships with faculty, students, staff, and administration.
