As Student Campaign Network Assistant you will join a dynamic team running the innovative youth arm. Bollocks to Poverty that enables young people to create positive social change. You will play your part by providing support to our university groups network as well as individual volunteers who campaign with ActionAid. This will involve responding to enquiries, updating social media, providing information and materials to groups and individuals as well as tracking and logging information about groups/individuals’ activities for monitoring and evaluation purposes. You will also assist with youth events and activities.
A competent administrator you are a dab hand at word-processing and email, as well as a whiz with spreadsheets and databases. Highly organised, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as experience of working in a student activist, charity or student union group. A regular user of social media you write effectively and are driven to make a difference to the lives of the poorest and most excluded in the world.
