Job Mission:
Mission •To become a successful Financial Analyst within the Graduate programme timeframe through task management and learning activities 

KPA Duties:
•Compilation of channel reports and presentations (daily, weekly, monthly) as defined from time to time including: •Measurement and tracking against benchmarking of actual vs. budget & reforecast of: oRevenue oGross margin oARPU oCapex oOpex •Act on requests for new data and reports, finding ways to extract the data as required from systems and processes available. •Month-to-date or month-end for the current month versus previous months; projections for future months. •Preparation and understanding of Sales, General & Admin reporting •Working with the channel development team to drive standardization •Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the channel development Team •Provide input into feasibility model •Drive relationships with Internal and external stakeholders •Business, accounting and impact analysis of customer integration work streams – understanding current processes and target models. •Drive best practice, continuous improvement and innovation at process and procedure level and ensure innovation to improve best practice •Identify and explore innovative ways to enhance the Branded Retail Channel performance and marketing mix Budget Administration •Ensure that all budget transactions are captured, and correctly reflected per the cost centres •To monitor and report on deviation of budget, and deviation in expenditure •Produce reports as required on the budget regularly and ad hoc •To update budget changes and ad hoc expenditure •To reallocate funds as per instruction •Monitor, track and report on budget status’ •Analyse operational expenditure and facilitate changes as required with Finance •Assist regional finance supervisors with finance related matters •Establish the most efficient use of resources, i.e. cost, people, time, etc •Ensure absolute compliance to all legal processes •Upload and maintain all documentation on Sharepoint and in an agreed filing system for audit purposes •Apply MTN policies and procedures regarding the allocation and reallocation of funds, and budget transactions •Provide input into any financial analysis for the channel •Reporting on supplier contracts and agreements as and when required Relationship building and maintenance •Build and maintain relationships with all stake holders, including Finance and IS •Follow up on and respond to all queries •Encourage collaborative teamwork between Franchisees and SOS/Channel development Report Generation •As required but not limited to reporting monthly and quarterly on the performance and productivity of the whole of Branded Retail Channel •Report on financial input to productivity •Report on stock levels, stock, product mix, etc Customer Satisfaction Establish and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders •Understand customer needs and develop and fine-tune reports accordingly •Ensure customer needs and requirements are satisfied through appropriate systems, processes and procedures •Put contingency plans in place to prevent delays and enhance reports and analytics •Adopt a proactive approach to prevent problems from arising in the future •Drive continuous improvement as an important element of service delivery

Requirements:
Education: •Degree in B.Com/ B.Tech in Management Accounting/Accounting
