Apple Online Store is looking for an experienced leader who will drive the Apple Online Store’s marketing efforts in EMEIA. The Senior Manager will manage an experienced team to grow revenue generation efforts in EMEIA. The successful candidate will identify and develop programs that ensure our online marketing strategies effectively reach and engage prospective customers through search engines, affiliate programs, shopping, mobile, and other emerging channels.
A primary focus of this role is to effectively manage existing online marketing channels while developing new programs to contribute to the EMEIA region growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of online marketing professionals; provide leadership, ongoing feedback, effective motivation, performance evaluation, and coaching
  • Lead strategic direction and implementation of advancements to paid search, SEO, affiliate, display, and other programs in EMEIA with a focus on quality, efficient revenue generation and growth
  • Deliver on quarterly web marketing revenue and efficiency goals for EMEIA
  • Support the expansion of the Online Store into mobile commerce, developing brand appropriate marketing programs for App and mobile web
  • Evaluate newly emerging opportunities against financial goals and brand fit, build and present business case, and test as appropriate Support the development and execution of web marketing initiatives including but not limited to Holistic Search, Mobile Commerce, Attribution, Quality management
  • Support Manager in the development of Web Marketing EMEIA Quarterly Business Review providing clear point of view on Web Marketing results and forward looking plans
  • Develop quarterly and annual plans for EMEIA Web Marketing in-line with EMEIA business and World Wide Web marketing Strategic plans and vision
  • Clearly communicate status throughout the quarter against goals and objectives to Management, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marcom, Merchandising, Analytics, and other regional Online Store Web Marketing leads to build effective growth plans, gain ongoing support and best practice share
Experience and Skills
  • Must have successfully managed substantive online marketing budgets and led a high calibre team to maximum performance Bottom line focused with business acumen to see beyond program metrics to the broader business impact of Web marketing
  • Good balance of strategic ability and attention to detail, analytical mindset Ability to maintain value-add oversight over a broad spectrum of team deliverables Must have excellent domain knowledge of online marketing programs, and ecommerce industry, a passion for the web, and be a thought leader and expert on the changing face of online
  • Marketing Extensive experience in executing and managing best-in-class online marketing programs of scale, in particular paid and natural search is required A proven, successful track record of increasing company revenue through well-executed brand appropriate online marketing efforts Effective communicator with the ability to forge effective working relationships up, down and across the organization
