Our St Leonards office is currently seeking a bright and conscientious
Business Unit Administrator/PA to provide administrative support to our
Urban, Transport and Planning Business Unit within Cardno. The
successful applicant will provide administrative assistance to a
supportive, dedicated and friendly team of 45.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly accounts payable using Cardno’s internal accounting systems;
- Maintenance of financial records for the Business Unit;
- Administration duties to support the Urban, Transport and Planning Business Unit;
- Provide assistance to Business Unit Manager and Leadership Team including diary and email management, travel and expense administration;
- Co-ordination of monthly reports using Word and Excel;
- Preparation of tender documentation and reports;
- Filing project documentation;
- Debtor management;
- Provision of high quality service to the team;
- Ad hoc duties.
Other Requirements
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in administration within a corporate environment;
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills;
- Strong numeracy skills;
- Understanding of accounts payable;
- The ability to learn new programs and procedures at a fast pace;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong time management skills;
- A flexible and positive attitude;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
