A key player within the Chief Executive’s Unit to support the delivery of business initiatives and change
The Job
- Supporting Chief Executive and Executive Directors in delivery of new business initiatives
- Identification of organisational, business and service improvements
- Company policy development
- Advising Chief Executive and company’s Management Board on options for change
- Competitor benchmarking
- Managing a small support team.
The person
- Senior level experience in professional service environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with Directors to formulate business solutions and manage/support their implementation
- An interest in commercial planning, development and property issues
- An appreciation of the national planning and urban design context
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An initiator
- A deliverer.
Qualifications and experience
- First degree at 2:1 or above
- Professional service firm experience at Associate Director level and above
- Around 10 years working experience.
This position will report to the Chief Executive
