A key player within the Chief Executive’s Unit to support the delivery of business initiatives and change

The Job

• Supporting Chief Executive and Executive Directors in delivery of new business initiatives
• Identification of organisational, business and service improvements
• Company policy development
• Advising Chief Executive and company’s Management Board on options for change
• Competitor benchmarking
• Managing a small support team.

The person

• Senior level experience in professional service environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with Directors to formulate business solutions and manage/support their implementation
• An interest in commercial planning, development and property issues
• An appreciation of the national planning and urban design context
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An initiator
• A deliverer.

Qualifications and experience

• First degree at 2:1 or above
• Professional service firm experience at Associate Director level and above
• Around 10 years working experience.

This position will report to the Chief Executive
