Senior Consultant - Commercial Effectiveness Services


Job Description:
  • Review and analyse client requirements or challenges; development, scope, and costing of associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
  • Develop project plans and lead projects to successful completion. Manage on and off-shore project resources.
  • Lead self and/or small team(s) in the design, development and delivery of small & medium consulting projects or components of larger, more complex projects.
  • Lead and deliver a thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex data, which you will structurally translate into projects focusing on cost-efficient solutions for sales & marketing departments or other major stakeholders within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
  • Provide follow-up after completion of project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support a dedicated team in its step-by-step process towards multiple strategic projects in the pharmaceutical & healthcare sector, applying consultative problem-solving skills.
  • Identify new business opportunities, follow-on work and new leads at assigned clients.
  • Report into the CES Principal Belgium & Luxemburg.
     
Your Profile :
  • 6-8 years experience in a management consulting role or business analysis, commercial analytics (in the pharmaceutical industry) is pivotal.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Capability to analyze, interpret, synthesize, and make recommendations based on both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, which translates into business understanding and the development of suitable communication strategies, both internally and towards our healthcare partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills. 
  • Strong affinity for pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Strong affinity with outsourcing services, new media and analytics is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented, positive drive and a pragmatic, structured and innovative approach. Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish goals and is effectively working in a matrix environment. 
  • Drive to develop further at national or international level.
