Data management:
- Maintaining all data sets (IMS, From, Cohort data etc) ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Ensuring we have right data sets to manage business, liaising with various data providers
Business modeling and Forecasting:
- Support / challenge marketing with patient modeling.
o Ensure assumptions are underpinned with market data.
- Provide insight in market size and dynamics for LE and budget process
o i.e. trend analysis, benchmarking vs mature markets
- Provide input for mid – long term strategy setting with scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
o Commercial strategies for Oncology, Hematology and Liver Disease
o Generic competitors
o HIV Product launches
o Generic competitors
o HIV Product launches
Market intelligence:
- Track external information sources i.e. Axxon connect, sales force and keep team informed on latest developments
- Track competition activity and info and keep team informed on latest developments
- Track developments in surrounding countries and keep team informed
Standard reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboard to track execution of Marketing plan
- Develop and maintain dashboard to track execution of Key account plans
- Develop and maintain dashboard/KPI/Slides to track key metrics in market, including “’early warning”: indicators
- Understand / challenge data demand and support with standard reports
Knowledge, Experience and Skills: The successful candidate will be degree educated with experience within sales analysis, financial forecasting and / or business intelligence. Ideally candidates will have experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work with a high level of autonomy and independence.
