Expert in Performing Voucher Programme

In addition, KPMG Advisory has been a protagonist in different International projects financed by international organisations and institutions and has also been involved in several EU/UN contracts.
KPMG Advisory is seeking for an experienced and motivated Voucher Programme expert in the framework of the EC funded technical assistance to support Turkey in ‘Increasing the Adaptability of Employers and Employees in the Tourism Sector’.
Position: Expert in performing Voucher Programme
The expert will be responsible of:
• all phases of the Voucher Programme including planning, development, implementation and monitoring
• coordinating the selection process of the voucher beneficiaries, setting up a pool for training institutions and ensure that the training requests of beneficiaries are met by the training institutions with the required standards
• coordinating the selection process of the institutions beneficiaries of the Voucher Programme
• ensuring close cooperation with the Operation Beneficiary and the Contracting Authority during selection, monitoring and approval processes
• coordinating the selection process of the voucher beneficiaries, setting up a pool for training institutions and ensure that the training requests of beneficiaries are met by the training institutions with the required standards
• coordinating the selection process of the institutions beneficiaries of the Voucher Programme
• ensuring close cooperation with the Operation Beneficiary and the Contracting Authority during selection, monitoring and approval processes
Requirements
• University degree in one of the fields administrative sciences, tourism, economics, finance, education, social sciences or in the absence of such a degree at least 10 years of working experience in one of the fields: tourism, business management, public administration and training
• Post graduate degree in educational sciences will be an asset
• Preferably 7 years of professional experience in the field mentioned above
• Experience in planning/development/implementation/monitoring of Voucher Programmes
• Experience on implementation of training and guidance of employees and/or employers
• Previous experience on EU funded projects in a key expert position
• Experience in the field of procurement in EU funded projects will be an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in the local language will be an advantage
• Post graduate degree in educational sciences will be an asset
• Preferably 7 years of professional experience in the field mentioned above
• Experience in planning/development/implementation/monitoring of Voucher Programmes
• Experience on implementation of training and guidance of employees and/or employers
• Previous experience on EU funded projects in a key expert position
• Experience in the field of procurement in EU funded projects will be an asset
