Main Job Purpose:
Support business winning and business delivery by identifying and recruiting skilled consultants and project staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:
To provide technical and support resources to opportunities and projects within Crown Agents' core consulting sectors. This role may involve some international travel.
Project Resourcing - Assist business units in developing strategic resourcing plans in line with annual operating plans, anticipated top targets and the business pipeline.
CV database development - Ensure suitable consultants are captured on the database.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
Degree level, or equivalent.
