ITIL Technical Writer

Kentz is looking for expressions of interest’s from ITIL Technical Writers with experience in the oil and gas space. This is working on our Gorgon Telecommunications project situated at our Henderson facility withflexible working hours from 6.30am-3.00pm weekly for a 9-12months contract and will see you reporting to the Operations and Maintenance Superintendent.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Document policies, procedures and processes to ISO2000 standards.
• Liaising with key project stakeholders including the client, engineers, technicians and the administration teams to capture current requirements and processes.
• Defining and implementing project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP) and templates.
• Communicate to staff and stakeholders new policies and procedures and charges to existing documentations.

Skills required

• Minimum 5 years industry experience as a professional Technical Writer
• ITIL V3 Certification
• Strong IT or technical background
• Expert proficiency in the MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• You must have the right to work in Australia to apply for this job.
