Project Controls & Commercial Manager

Kentz is now looking for an experienced Project Controls / Commercial Manager to be part our developing company working on construction projects located in Darwin, Northern Territory.

Responsibilities

• Setting up efficient contracts administration structures.
• Effective use of Project Controls resources to calculate and trend productivity and project costs.
• Manage all commercial issues on the contract, ensuring maximum profitability.
• Responsible for maximising opportunities and mitigating risk.
• High quality contract negotiation skills and strong management skills.
• Management of a team consisting of Quantity Surveyors, Planner’s, an Accountant and additional Project Support.

Education and Skills

• Advanced computer skills specifically MS Excel.
• 10+ years’ experience, specifically in Electrical Construction with good technical knowledge of Electrical works and Installation.
• Proven ability in the role of Project Controls/Commercial Management.
• Organised, high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
