Professional Services Project Manager - Brazil

Summary of the Position
Manage single large-scale or multiple small scale professional services engagements based in  Brazil
Responsibilities
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Overall project management, including:
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Project timelines/milestones
  • Profitability
  • Revenue recognition
  • Build client relationship/annuities
Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale projects around CTI and call center technologies.   CRM development methodology and management experience strongly desired.  
  • PMP/PMI certification. BA/BS degree or related experience.  
  • Excellent track record in effective client communications and client satisfaction.  
  • Proactive, innovative thinker.
  • Ability to accommodate travel requirements of position - travel will be entirely based on project location, structure, duration, customer requirements, etc.  
  • Superlative written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Able to work effectively with sales organization and distribution channel.  
  • Ability to work with a sales pursuit team during the sales process.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
