Summary of the Position
Manage single large-scale or multiple small scale professional services engagements based in Brazil
Responsibilities
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Overall project management, including:
- Customer satisfaction
- Project timelines/milestones
- Profitability
- Revenue recognition
- Build client relationship/annuities
Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred
- Extensive experience managing large-scale projects around CTI and call center technologies. CRM development methodology and management experience strongly desired.
- PMP/PMI certification. BA/BS degree or related experience.
- Excellent track record in effective client communications and client satisfaction.
- Proactive, innovative thinker.
- Ability to accommodate travel requirements of position - travel will be entirely based on project location, structure, duration, customer requirements, etc.
- Superlative written and oral communication skills.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Able to work effectively with sales organization and distribution channel.
- Ability to work with a sales pursuit team during the sales process.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
- Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner.
- Ability to work overtime if needed
