We want you to project manage the delivery of fundraising innovation projects, ensuring they are in line with our supporter and market insight and will deliver against financial targets. This will include preparing and presenting new product launch plans to stakeholders as well as ensuring they are supported, monitored and evaluated.
You will also engage with suppliers so that they produce the best work for us and work closely with colleagues in other areas of our organisation to ensure we have consistently high quality, integrated campaigns that support our position and branding.
We expect you to have an impressive record of managing direct marketing campaigns both on and offline in a fundraising environment coupled with a history of delivering new propositions or products to market. Experienced at budgeting and forecasting you will also be skilled at managing multiple projects and delivering to deadlines.
You must also be capable of managing and motivating suppliers and be accustomed to optimising campaigns as well as monitoring, reporting and forecasting against plans and budgets.
