Relationship Manager , Amicorp Group - Seychelles

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager who will be responsible to manage international client trusts & companies and coordinate legal, administrative and banking activities for an international based portfolio of trusts and companies.

The role entails building solid business relationships; identifying business opportunities and promoting products and services within existing clients as well as new clients.  The role requires a direct contact with clients and a network of external banks, intermediaries and service providers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, expand and maintain client contacts, especially high net worth individuals/ families.
  • Lead and motivate teams that meet client service requirements and optimize the quality of service
  • Manage multiple client relationships, operational risk, service level agreements and coordination of client deliverables
  • Handle pricing, invoicing and collection for portfolio of clients.
  • Act as liaison between sales directors, clients / intermediaries and domiciliation offices
  • Identify opportunities in existing portfolio and network, pursue sales and growth of network
  • Anticipate and manage the impact of any emerging regulatory, taxation or legal changes and ensure compliance related risks are addressed on behalf of the client

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Law. Holding relevant professional qualifications (STEP, ICSA) would be preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a professional accounting or company management firm in advising and handling a portfolio of clients. Experience of Seychelles and global trust law would be a plus.
  • Well-informed about current and relevant legal issues, regulations, investments, trust, tax and legal developments
  • Excellent English communication skills, additional languages preferred
  • The individual needs to be comfortable communicating and dealing with international clients
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills; a team player;
  • Capability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic business environment;
  • Self-motivated, action and results oriented;
