Corporate Counsel/Senior Counsel

Summary of Responsibilities:

Amadeus is seeking an experienced corporate/IT lawyer to join the legal team of its Regional Headquarters in Bangkok. The Corporate Counsel/Senior Counsel will be responsible for providing strategic legal support to the Regional Headquarters and to Amadeus entities in Asia Pacific, under the supervision of the General Counsel.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in law

· Master or juris doctor degree in law (overseas study preferred)

· 5-10+ years related work experience in a business environment, preferably in the legal department of a multinational company or an international law firm

· Solid professional experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities and work concurrently on a variety of projects

· Fluent English, both written and spoken
