Founded in 1990 and renamed the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business in 2010, the school is well-known for its unique educational approach, inspired teaching and excellence in research. A rising star among business schools, the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business is one of only 60 schools in the world to attain both AACSB and EQUIS accreditation. It has also recently launched a PhD program and a multi-location Master of Global Business. The new Dean will take the University of Victoria’s Peter B. Gustavson School of Business to the next level, consolidating its many successes.

Reporting to the Vice-President Academic and Provost, the Dean of the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business will have a passion for excellence in research and teaching and a collaborative and entrepreneurial approach. The new Dean will be a visionary leader who can inspire internal and external stakeholders to an even higher level of engagement to support the emergence of the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business as a leader in Canada. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to play a leadership role in one of Canada’s most outstanding universities.
