We are recruiting a human resources director for CEMEA (continental Europe, Middle East and Africa), a vital and strategic region for our global business. The position is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

The successful candidate will report to the CEMEA managing director, as well as being a partner to the CEMEA senior management, and will work closely with peers around the world. You will work with senior management to identify, attract and retain top talent for CEMEA. You will lead the team to understand, embrace and promulgate brand values in all people-related matters. A key role of the HR director will be to find ways to create a ‘sense of oneness’ among people in geographically diverse offices. The HR director will be responsible for the overall people strategy, including recruitment processes, management of benefits and compensation packages, as well as training and dealing with questions of employment law and labour relations throughout the region. We are looking for a leader who offers a well-balanced combination of strong strategic ability and a pragmatic and hands-on approach.

Fluency in English and either French or German is required.
