ActionAid has recently approved its Strategy for 2012-2017, ‘People’s Action to End Poverty’, which reaffirms the organizational commitment to a human rights-based approach to development. A key part of our new strategy focuses on staff and institutional capacity building and governance development of Members and Country Programmes; implementation of global HR systems and effective HR policies and processes; the effective support of HROD to the Members and Country Programmes. The Directorate of HROD and Governance is currently recruiting for the following new roles as part of the restructured International Secretariat HROD Team:
