MOTORCARE Mozambique Lda is seeking 4 Managers to start up a new service business.

PARTS, SERVICE, FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC MANAGER
We are looking for a talented and experienced Parts Manager, Service Manager, Finance Manager and a Procurement & Logistic Manager. The main focus of the managers will be the start-up of a new large-scale service business for Motorcare in Mozambique.

MOTORCARE MOZAMBIQUE LDA
Motorcare Mozambique Lda is a company registered in Maputo, Mozambique, which holds the national distribution rights in the country for Nissan and Land Rover vehicles and UD Trucks. The Danish origin company has been located in Maputo since 1994. MOTORCARE was established in 1996 and has proved to be very successful. Since its foundation, it has grown from green field to a market-leading position in the LCV segment. The service provided by Motorcare is recognised as one of the best in the country. Motorcare operates in Maputo, Nampula, Tete and Beira and is represented by 133 employees.
The management approach is value-based and adheres to the “Triple Bottom Line” principle, which ensures that decisions are made with equal balance between financial results and social and environmental responsibilities. Motorcare is a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact.

CANDIDATE PROFILES

The Management team will be operating in a well-respected automotive group, where brand recognition and customer excellence is essential. Your background will demonstrate a breadth of skills and expertise, and your contribution to the bottom line will be of an exceptional level.
Believing in a meritocratic environment, where a simple approach is adopted to drive results, you will utilise a pragmatic, open and honest style, demonstrating common respect amongst colleagues whilst operating at pace and focusing on commercial capability and impact.
You must have international experience, as well as experience in being posted in emerging economies; however, consideration will be given to all applicants who possess impeccable credentials.
The expectation is a long-term employment in Kjaer Group A/S with a minimum 3-year contract.
Further, the following competencies will be considered important for the position:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior position in the automotive industry.

· Bachelor’s Degree - preferred

· Professional attitude and dedication to achieving high results

· Proven ability to build and/or run large businesses

· Clear focus on high quality and business profit

· Proven ability to mobilise, motivate, coach and develop people in a respectable way

· Proven ability to plan, execute and secure follow-up and results

· Experience from working in emerging countries is preferred

· Fluency in English and in Portuguese
