Position:Manager/Senior Manager, System Integration & Verification
Main responsibilities:
Summary: Responsible for the strategic development, operations, human resources and financial management of the I&V unit.
- Accountable for system integration and verification (I&V) delivery commitment through resource planning, cost control and task allocation.
- Continuously improve system I&V process, tools and environment to ensure quality delivery with best-in-class efficiency.
- Recruits, develop and manage competence, performance and compensation of the unit.
- Ensure proper coaching and knowledge transfer within the unit.
- Make quality decisions and take appropriate actions within the area of responsibility.
- Cooperate closely with the other R&D sites worldwide in Beijing, Sweden, Japan, and US etc.
- Foster strong relationships to all relevant internal and external customers and partners.
- Create a highly motivating and productive working culture by leading as an example.
Qualification
1. University degree and above in computer engineering, electrical engineering or related areas.
2. Minimum of 3 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization.
3. Exceptional knowledge and skills in mobile system integration and verification.
4. Strong willingness to walk extra mile for excellence.
5. Preferable with international or multination corporation working experience.
6. Highly developed people and communication (both Chinese and English, written and spoken) skills.
7. Be able to excel in idea generation, evaluation and prioritization, customer and partner engagement, cross- functional cooperation and building/ developing great engineering teams.
8. An open minded towards change, ability to prioritize and delegate.
