Staff Engineer - SW Environment Build System

SW Environment is the organization within Sony Ericsson that provides a SW development environment for our product development sites globally, serving our users with tools for the entire SW development process. We base our solutions on the latest open source as well as commercial technologies, with development and daily operations managed within global teams of engineers.

We are now looking for one additional engineer to our build system team in Lund. Typical work tasks relate to the entire life cycle of the system, i.e. requirements analysis, design, implementation, maintenance and support.

We expect you to have a university degree in Computer Science or similar, good communication skills, be curious and innovative, and enjoy working individually as well as in teams and have 3-4 years of technical experience in the following areas:

- Linux and shell programming
- Java and scripting
- Build systems, 'make' and 'ant' in particular

It is also an advantage if you are experienced in:

- SCones and the ARM RVCT/RVDS environment
- Android and Android SDK
- GIT/Gerrit
- Hudson/Jenkins
