Transformation Manager

The West Rand District Municipality, with its seat of authority in Randfontein, invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following five-year fixed-term position:



Transformation Manager

Salary: Negotiable


Requirements: • A relevant B degree in Human or Social Science, with relevant managerial experience • Local Government experience would be an added advantage • Extensive experience in: * Organisational development * Human Resource management and development * Compensation management * Job analysis and evaluation * Labour relations.


Key performance areas: • Manage, coordinate and advise on matters pertaining to the transformation of the WRDM in line with the 2016 political vision • Perform generic management functions • Promote sound employee relations • Provide advice on matters pertaining to: * Transformation * Change management * Performance management.
