WWF Greater Mekong (WWF GM) is seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced candidates for the position of a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO supports the WWF GM Representative by leading the WWF GM’s operations team so as to ensure the effective and efficient operations of WWF GM to fulfill the Strategic Objectives of WWF GM Strategic Plan (FY 11-FY 15), the Network Standards of WWF International, policies and procedures of GM.


The COO leads, coordinates and manages the work of Operations Units through the respective Director and Unit Heads, including the following functions: Finance, HR, IT, and Monitoring and Evaluation to support the ensure the effective delivery of operation plan of WWF GM. As a member of the Regional Management Team, he/she shares responsibility of strategic leadership to ensure a strong, accountable and credible organisation.

Base location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Salary range: From US$ 60,648 to US$ 97,392 per year (gross)
