Accountant – A/P Supervisor, Consolidation and Investment Accounting

What you'd do:

The Manager will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable team of 2 people in Gland. She/He will function as the Superuser for the Accounts Payable module of Oracle to WWF International and the Program offices. She/He will play a leading role in the year end consolidation process and complete and enhance the Investment Accounting, including supporting Board Reports.

What you need:

The ideal candidate will bring a commercial diploma or university degree with a specialization in accounting and finance as well as 5 years work experience in a finance function.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal communication skills to work in an organization with a range of staff from different cultures and functions. The Manager will bring strong computer skills and knowledge of Oracle and financial reporting systems. We are looking for someone who takes initiatives and grasps new concepts quickly, bring a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. A team player with a strong customer focus, and an ability to deal with a variety of situations in English and French, is key.

Location: The position is based at WWF International in Gland, Switzerland.
