MzN | International Development Expert (www.mzninternational.com) helps NGOs worldwide to evaluate their programmatic and operational capacity in order to form investments and capacity enhancement plans. In addition, we help NGOs perform monitoring and evaluation work of programmes funded by donors. We therefore look for M&E experts and Assessment professionals to evaluate programmes as well as overall country capacity of clients.
We regularly conduct Assessment project and successful applicants are likely to be asked to contribute for future assignments on a repeat basis. Specifically, we currently seek M&E Experts for the following assignments
- Country Capacity Assessment for Emergencies, NGO client, worldwide in numerous countries
- Education Programme Impact Assessment, NGO client, South Sudan
- Financial Systems Efficiency Review, IGO client, in numerous regions in Western Africa
- Programme mid-term and final assessment, NGOs, worldwide
This is an integral part of all NGOs work. Proper, timely and accurate assessment reports are vital to ensure that beneficiaries in development countries and disaster regions receive the best aid possible.
Assessment/M&E Experts are deployed worldwide with a variety of NGO clients. The successful candidate should have the below skills, experience and qualifications:
1) At least a master degree in policy development, organizational development, human resource development, business administration, public administration and other related subject 2) At least 5 to 7 years experience in monitoring and evaluation and capacity development, policy, strategic plan development. 3) Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) 4) Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word and MS Excel as well as e-communication software 5) Excellent communication and interpersonal experience 6) Prior experience of working in development and post disaster countries
Assignments are usually on a self-employment basis and last 3-6 month.
