Overview
This is a great opportunity to join us in the key role of Collections Officer (Archivist), within the Communications Division. An excellent communicator with a postgraduate archival qualification, you will manage our extensive archive to high professional standards. You will use your high technical competence to improve access to the collection and undertake development projects. You will proactively encourage public, specialist and internal interest in our collection, wider history and current work. You will also develop a digital preservation policy and proposals for a digital repository and have some public enquiry handling responsibility. Able to work systematically and methodically as part of a team, at times under pressure, you will also have excellent project management skills.
