36.5 hours per week
Warwick Conferences is a £22.5m award winning and successful business comprising of three dedicated Training and Conference Centres and the use of a number of University buildings during vacation, named the Conference Park.
As part of the Marketing Team you will be required to drive business to Warwick Conferences through its online marketing activity. Secondarily to assist the Pro-Active Sales Team in developing successful business leads generated online.
Secondarily you be required to aid the enhancement and maintenance of the University of Warwick as a conference venue by supporting Sales and Events teams.
You will work closely alongside the Marketing and Communications Executive in aiding revenue generation for the Pro-Active Team with measurable results. Feeding relevant information/sales leads to the team and measuring their progress/financial gains.
You should have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to organise and work to tight deadlines. Flexibility is essential.
