SGP IT Service Delivery Lead

Circa salary £35,000 plus benefits
St George’s Park (SGP) will be The FA Group’s headquarters for the FA Football Development team and home of FA Learning, training home of the 24 England representative teams. Situated 4 miles away from Burton –upon-Trent, SGP is due for completion in late Summer 2012. The vision for SGP is:

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of support analysts to provide technology and Audio Visual support and advice to staff at SGP and to operate as an extension to the Service Delivery team based at Wembley Stadium. This may include support of CFAs, regional offices and home based staff. The SGP IT Service Delivery Lead will work closely with the Head of Service Delivery and the Service Delivery team to ensure that FA Group staff and other clients receive first class technology support service either at SGP or any other regional office as required. The SGP IT Service Delivery Lead will also co-ordinate local support for our partners based at SGP.
