Procurement Project Manager - Rotterdam - Netherlands

We Offer

• Support APM Terminals stakeholders in line with agreed strategies hereunder everyone from APM Terminals in Europe as well as technical and procurements managers at the terminals
• Project Management of the overall procurement approach for the terminals in the Europe Region
• Travelling to terminals on a regular basis to provide support for procurement related matters
• Develop and analyze business intelligence to support business units

Who we are looking for
It is an advantage that you have a background working within Strategic Sourcing, Project Management and/or Category Management or something similar. If you are our ideal candidate you also come with a proven track record of:
• Terminal industry knowledge
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Technical understanding
• Proactive collaboration with suppliers, business partners and senior stakeholders
• Business acumen

Furthermore, as it will be an integral part of the position you must be prepared to travel on a frequent basis and stay for periods of 2-4 weeks when required to see through specific projects or processes.
