Audit Supervisor (1)
Reporting to Audit Managers, the audit supervisors will be
responsible for:
• Ensuring effective project management and profitability of the
assigned audit portfolio
• Performing business development roles
• Ensuring quality audit work and client service
• Supervising and training junior audit staff
Qualifications and Experience
• University degree holder
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA(T), ACCA)
• A minimum of 4-5 years experience as audit senior
• Good knowledge of modern auditing methodologies and
International Financial Reporting Standards
• Excellent supervision, communication and ICT skills
• An additional qualification in ICT will be preferred
Audit Senior and semi-seniors (3)
Reporting to the Audit Supervisor , the audit senior will be responsible for carrying out various duties including:
• Audit planning and satisfactory execution of audit engagements
• Control and supervision of audit staff
• Close liaison with clients on audit matters.
Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant professional qualification (CPA (T), ACCA)
• University degree holder
• A minimum of 1-3 years post-qualification Audit experience at senior level in a reputable audit firm
• Excellent supervision, communication and IT skills
Tax Senior (1)
Reporting to Tax Manager, the tax senior will ensure that clients are provided with high quality, timely advisory services on taxation matters. The senior will carry out the following duties:
• Assessing the needs of clients in taxation on a regular basis
• Proactively providing advice to clients on the prevailing tax environment and implications on business
• Assisting clients in preparing forms and tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, etc.
• Providing clients with advice on tax administration and ensuring proper compliance
Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant professional qualification (CPA (T), ACCA, ACA)
• A minimum of 3 years experience at a reputable tax consulting firm and good knowledge of Tanzania tax laws
• Excellent supervision, communication, interpersonal, report writing and IT skills
Consultant, Corporate Finance (1)
Reporting to Manager, PKF Consulting the Consultant will be responsible for carrying out various duties including:
• Reviewing Terms of Reference and preparing proposals
• Preparing budgets and work plans for assignments in liaison with Consultancy Manager
• Heading teams on small and medium size assignments and ensuring assignments are completed within planned time.
• Preparing reports for review by the Manager
• Close liaison with clients on assignment matters.
Qualifications and Experience
• MBA/MSc in Finance
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in a reputable management consulting firm, 2 of which in a senior position in corporate finance
• Good IT credentials
• Excellent supervision, writing and presentation skills
