A large conglomerate of Companies in ICT, Agribusiness, Mining, Commodities, Real Estate, Safety & Security, Hospitality and Services is looking for a Deputy Chief Executive Officer reporting to The Group Chief Executive Officer.

The candidate should have a proven record of managing business and turning them around for greater Profitability, Revenue generation and Return on Investment.
He/she should have over seven (7) years experience in managing complex business situations and have an edge in managing people for productivity.
The individual should have a flare in Finance, Project Management and Operational Excellence with an Entrepreneurial mind and a GO GETTER!
The position is vacant and the right candidate will be interviewed and placed immediately.
The responsibilities include:
- Deputizing the Group Chief Executive officer to achieve the business strategy on Profitability, Revenue and Return on Investment.
- Ensuring Organization’s operational excellence & fitness by designing, advising and implementing appropriate standards, systems, tools, policies, processes and procedures to achieve strategic goals
- Lead and manage development & implementation of all business projects in line with the Organization’s strategy and the Board’s direction.
- Leveraging Investment options for the entire group for short term and long term business gain.
