Digital producer

We urgently need a temporary digital producer to support with a critical phase of our international website project, involving migrating the major AA fundraising countries to our international web platform.

The role will cover:
• Planning, scoping and overseeing the next stage of development of our Drupal CMS

• Supporting national affiliates with strategic development including SEO, social media integration, using analytics

• Researching and writing documentation and guidelines for affiliates covering using the CMS, developing social media and content strategy, using analytics, SEO and AdWords

• Day-to-day support for International Digital Communications , including editing website and overseeing social media channels

• Supporting with all other aspects of Phase 2 as and when required, including transactions development

For this role you will need:

• Solid experience working on dynamic websites and experience in working on a large multi-faceted website (ie managed a whole site rather than a channel or an area of a site) Experience of sites with multiple functionality- e.g. fundraising, supporter engagement, policy informing.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in digital community building and content
• Excellent knowledge of a range of applications and software including social media platforms, content management systems – preferably Drupal, image-editing software, MS Windows.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to initiate, co-ordinate and deliver on web projects that involve a number of other parties Keeping to deadlines, able to plan ahead
• Ability to liaise with internal departments
• Knowledge and experience for using content management systems and a basic understanding of the technical side of digital such as basic html knowledge,
• Multi-tasking – hands on working in an charity with limited resources
