WaterAid Admin/HR Coordinator Islamabad, Pakistan

WaterAid is an International NGO working in Pakistan since 1993 for improving access of the poorest communities to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education.

The organisation seeks the services of a potential candidate for the position of Admin/HR Coordinator to be based in Country Office Islamabad.

Job Purpose
The post of HR & Administration Coordinator is placed at the level of Senior Programme Officer; and is directly reporting to the Country Representative. This position is designed with the objective to work with line managers to systematically provide input in attracting, retaining and motivating quality employees and provide administrative support to staff and partners for the achievement of the organisation’s objectives.

  • To help the organisation pursue its mission and deliver on strategy
  • To support WAP’s HR and administrative requirements
  • To develop, implement and review a diversity sensitive human resource development plan aimed at building WAP’s capacity, stability and consolidation contributing in enhanced effectiveness
  • To assist the CR in developing, implementing and reviewing the human resource management plan
