Are you an experienced and qualified Civil Engineer looking to work on a diverse range of complex infrastructure projects? Are you ready to move into a leadership position within an established business?
Aurecon are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Civil / Associate level Engineer to become involved in and help lead the detailed design of a wide range of land development and civil infrastructure projects including industrial subdivisions, drainage, earthworks, municipal works and civil site works associated with buildings projects. In addition to offering your technical leadership, you will be heavily involved in engaging with clients and further strengthening the forward pipeline for the business.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
- Conceptual and detailed design of land infrastructure projects, including the design of roads, intersections, drainage, earthworks, water and sewer reticulation
- Planning studies, conceptual design of land development and/or civil infrastructure projects
- Business development and contract negotiation as well as experience with local Authorities
- Report writing, preparation of technical specifications
- Proficient with engineering design packages, ideally 12D, Drains and AutoCAD
You will be a suitably qualified Civil Engineer and able to communicate ideas successfully and collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve goals. Extensive experience in the Victorian market will be essential to further develop client relationships and bring in new packages of work. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have a passion for developing and mentor less experienced engineers within our Victorian business.
