As a Commercial Manager within the Technology Division of the BBC, you will be in your element working for the Commercial Supplier Management team and will report into the Senior Commercial Manager. Role
Salary £45,000 to £60,000pa (dependent upon experience)
We’ll look to you to manage the contractual and commercial aspects of technology contracts or service areas as allocated by the Senior Commercial Manager. Skilled in complex negotiations, you will use your significant expertise to resolve commercial issues, lead cross functional teams, and ensure contractual compliance at this exciting time for the BBC. Focused on achieving best value from our commercial relationships, you will be accountable for the set-up, operational and strategic management of technology contracts spanning multiple third-party suppliers, including Atos.

Requirements
As a Commercial Manager, you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communications skills to ensure credibility and effective working relationships with key senior contacts internal and external to the BBC. You should also have outstanding knowledge and a demonstrable track record of expertise in the successful management of technology contracts, ideally gained within a technology, broadcasting or telecommunications environment. Contracts should be of significant spend (multi-million pound) or strategic significance.
