Ministry of East African Community Affairs (MEACA) Uganda seeks to engage the services of a consultant/firm to design a customized web-based monitoring system that will be shared with Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government to report on the implementation status of the decisions and directives of the summit and council.

Applications quoting the above Tender Title and Number should be emailed to procurement@trademarkea.com on or before 25 January 2012. All email attachments must be 5MB or less. Only shortlisted bidders will be contacted.
No response shall be given for queries submitted 3 days prior to submission deadline.
