The Quaker United Nations Office in New York invites applications for its 2013-14 internship program which begins in September, 2013. The internship offers an opportunity for college graduates, with an interest in international affairs and a commitment to Friends’ principles, to work at the UN. Currently, QUNO-NY focuses on issues of peacebuilding and prevention of violent conflict. Interns work closely with permanent staff on one or more issue areas and support office administration.
