Talent Performance and Development Coordinator


18 month fixed term contract Pay band 7 (£25,000-£30,580) Based in London
The successful candidate will work within the Talent Performance and Development team to provide support for Talent Performance & Development Consultants in the areas of HR systems management, reporting, communications and financial management.  The successful candidate will also provide services to managers and staff in the areas of response handling and training course administration.  

The role is part of the Talent Performance & Development team in Human Resources.  Members of the team are based in London and Manchester.  The team develops global policy, guidance and tools or toolkits in the areas of performance management, learning and development, career management and development and talent and succession management.  It currently manages two employee/manager self service online systems – performance management and Learning & Development Portal, and in future it is possible that further online systems will be added.
