Administrator & Business Development Assistant (Chatswood, Australia)

Join our friendly, high performing Administration team; delivering exceptional customer service and administration support to our internal and external clients

About the role
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Environments team by performing general administrative tasks and duties, while also working closely with our Business Development Executive to assist with specific sales and business development administration support.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and format tenders, proposals and professional Coffey documents
  • Maintain our Global Sales Pipeline database – ensuring accurate project tracking and status updates
  • Client liaison on behalf of our Business Development Executive
  • Data entry – database, spreadsheets and reports
  • Provide data compilation services for the office using gINT software
  • Project set up both electronically and hard copy
  • Photocopying, binding, scanning and copying CD’s
  • Creating secure PDF’s
  • Maintain an up to date and orderly records management system
  • Liaise with Project Managers to schedule reports
  • Organise and book staff travel and accommodation requirements
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team as required
About You
You will have experience providing quality customer service and administration support within a professional office environment. Previous experience maintaining a sales or project database, while providing administrative support in the preparation of tenders, proposals and professional documents within a specialised engineering, construction or related services environment will be highly regarded.

Your exceptional attention to detail, skills using Microsoft Office, and ability to manage competing priorities within a continually changing environment of tasks and deadlines will ensure your success in this role.
