Business Developer - Managed Cloud Platform Tinext SA - Ticino, Switzerland


Tinext is looking for a Business Developer to reinforce the “Managed Cloud Platform” team and to take care of the sales side for housing, hosting, Infrastructure as a Service, and Software as a Service.

The candidate is required for a strong IT background as well as experience in system engineering duties and B2B commercial competencies.

The candidate’s main objective is to create strong relationship between Tinext’s old and new clients, and translate their requests into concrete IT solutions.

Main activities:
  • Structure the portfolio for MCP products, business remote backup, hosted exchange, virtual private cloud, and create interesting packages to offer to our clients
  • Write contracts, conditions and SLA
  • Optimize all sales documentation (layout and contents)
  • Manage our partners (companies and retailers), and find new potential clients
  • Manage the whole sales process, from the first contract until the order confirmation
  • Seize business opportunities and provide professional consulting regarding MCP solutions
  • Elaborate marketing plans

Desired Skills & Experience

Must have requirements:
  • A degree from SUPSI, from a university or polytechnic university as IT engineer or equivalent
  • Excellent technical background with at least 5 years’ experience in IT as System Engineer
  • Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS context
  • Strong experience in selling IT solutions
  • Good English knowledge – knowing either German or French is fundamental
