MAIN OBJECTIVES 
Ø  Be a proactive team leader and manager in pursuing the overall development of Sepam in line with the company’s vision, mission and objectives
Ø  Takes overall responsibility for the management and control of Sepam
Ø  Formulates, develops and executes the company’s strategic and tactical plans
Ø  Establishes and builds strong relationships with the major players in the industry the company is in
Ø  Generates high profit margins and ROI for the company
Ø  Develops and maintains top-caliber management team, staff and personnel in the company

Ø  Management and control of the whole company
Ø  Generation of new projects and contracts
Ø  Generation of high profit margin and ROI 
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES 
Development of the Group 
Ø  Provides leadership and direction to the company
Ø  Implements a training and development program for its key men
Ø  Informs his team of the company’s thrusts, strategies and action plans
Ø  Maximizes profit margin and ROI for the company
Ø  Develops the resource and technical capabilities of the company 
Ø  Demonstrates strong general management skills in all areas including sales, business development, finance, commercial management, operations, and people management 
Sales & Marketing  
Ø  Generates projects, contracts and new businesses for the company
Ø  Prepares sales target across different business lines
Ø  Networks with business chambers and associations
Ø  Identifies and keeps a database of target customers
Ø  Monitors closely developments in the industry and the market
Ø  Collates data and business intelligence information on the market
Ø  Prepares, reviews and signs contracts with clients and suppliers 
Planning 
Ø  Formulates and develops corporate strategies, objectives and business plans
Ø  Prepares annual budget of the company
Ø  Reviews, evaluates and revises plans and budgets periodically 
Client Relationship 
Ø  Develops, nurtures and maintains good relationship with the key players and customers in the industry
Ø  Informs regularly key customers of the company’s technical and resource capabilities
Ø  Networks with key PMC & EPC contractors for possible business alliances
Ø  Ensures that customers are satisfied and delighted with the quality of the unit’s service 
Financial Management    
Ø  Ensures that financial guidelines, policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
Ø  Reviews and ensures that budgets are met
Ø  Ensures that funds are managed effectively
Ø  Maximizing returns and minimizing costs
Ø  Ensures that funds are available when needed
Ø  Ensures that costs are well within the budget
Ø  Ensures that invoices are prepared and payments collected as scheduled 
Monitoring and Reporting   
Ø  Monitors ongoing projects and performance of personnel vis-à-vis identified targets and key results areas
Ø  Monitors and controls budgets; sales, costs and profit margin
Ø  Provides regular reports to top management, highlighting variances from the approved budget, in line with company requirements 
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP 
Ø  The Regional Manager will be reporting to the International Operations Director
